Testimonio II
The two towers, one 30 and the other 32 floors, are among the tallest residential buildings on the French Riviera: they are equipped with panoramic balconies that offer incredible views of Monaco and the Mediterranean and are adorned with gardens and public spaces.
Testimonio II hosts Bay House, a building made up of 56 exclusive apartments that harmoniously combine large internal spaces and
external. Along its entire length, it has an irregular shape which gives it dynamism and guarantees a unique view of the Mediterranean. The
apartments have aluminum windows, curtain walls and glass cladding. Approximately 1,100 parking spaces are also planned.
Testimonio II will also host the International School of Munich, a primary and secondary school with students from all over the world
world. 700 students and a spacious reception area, a gym and an auditorium are expected.
