Designed by the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Mareterra is a new community of residential, cultural and recreational spaces that celebrates the spirit and sensations of the Mediterranean. The name is inspired by the two complementary elements of the project: the sea and the land. Developed using state-of-the-art, sustainable construction techniques, Mareterra is at the heart of the future growth of the Principality of Monaco. For Molteni&C., the AP Montaggi team oversaw the installation of 110 kitchens inside the villas.
