The heart of the City of London has an architecture so historic and emblematic that renovating existing buildings or constructing new ones requires an obsessive attention.
The construction site that led to the making of the One Bishopsgate Plaza involved considerable care in the various stages of work, to preserve the visual harmony and aesthetic balance of the neighbourhood: some of our qualified professionals were involved in the project for management and coordination.
Thanks also to the advice of our teams, today, in the City, the 43-storey tower - designed by PLP - is raised for mixed use, which includes a luxurious hotel consisting of 237 rooms and 160 apartments or “Sky Residences”.
