An iconic project that captures and revives Zaha Hadid’s highly personal style.
Designed in 2012, the extraordinary building, considered among the most prestigious in Miami, represents a masterpiece of vertical concrete architecture: before being a residential tower, in fact, it appears as a huge contemporary sculpture. The exterior of the building has a robust exoskeleton with fluid shapes. It seems to graze the green spaces and the windows of the 62 floors that constitute the building. The private residences are considered as museum quality houses, comparable to real works of contemporary art and they could only be located in the most important and prestigious residential tower in the city.
Moreover, the One Thousand Museum is a celebration of excellence and innovation. Here, the dream of a life of luxury and comfort come true thanks to the breath-taking view of Miami Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The inhabitants of private residences can enjoy also fabulous pluses such as the luxury areas dedicated to fitness, wellness and conviviality, as well as services characterized by high technology. The residential tower is the first in Miami to offer a private helipad on the roof of the building.
The promises of the building in aesthetic and functional terms, could only be respected and well expressed in the structure. In the public areas and in the 83 apartments, style expectations are even exceeded: contemporary and futuristic meet continuously in the lines and colours used for the setting and furnishings.
We have had the pleasure to meet the art of designer Zaha Hadid several times, but we had never been closely confronted, from inside, with one of her architectural works.
Our work of interior furnishings fitting out in public areas and apartments gives us the thrill of feeling involved in this beautiful creation.
